The Motability scheme enables people who receive the Higher Rate Mobility Component of the Disability Living Allowance to acquire a Hyundai from Berkeley Vale at a preferential price.
In recognition of the special needs of Motability customers, many Hyundai models can be ordered on the 3 year Contract Hire Scheme with features such as power assisted steering, automatic gearbox and height adjustable driver's seat as standard. Many other models are available on Motability Hire Purchase at Berkeley Vale.

If you don't receive the Mobility Allowance but do hold a blue parking badge issued by your local authority, Hyundai has a special discount scheme available which offers significant savings off the normal on the road pricescompetitive price with free metallic paint.
Who is eligible?
To apply for any of the Motability schemes you must receive either: Higher Rate Motability Component of the Disability Living Allowance (HRMC of DLA)
OR
War Pensioners’ Motability Supplement (WPMS)
Please note that you should expect to receive your allowance for the full length of the agreement you choose. However, as long as you have at least 12 months award length remaining, you can apply for the scheme.
Drivers, non drivers, carers and the family
Our vehicles can be adapted and tailored to the driving needs of a disabled person. However, you don’t have to be a driver to qualify for one of the Motability schemes. Non drivers who receive the mobility allowance can obtain a vehicle as a passenger and propose up to two other people as permitted drivers (such as family or carers). Applications can also be made on behalf of a child, aged three and over, in receipt of the allowance.
